Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontline contact for phone & email enquiries from customers.

What you need to succeed:

  • At least 2 years experience in an administrative/reception role
  • A passion for outstanding customer service
  • A flair for providing positive and professional customer interactions via email and over the phone
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A desire to demonstrate your effective administration and organisational skills
  • MS Word and Excel skills
