- Frontline contact for phone & email enquiries from customers.
- Provide support with online enrolment & bookings as well as account and billing enquiries.
- Child attendance administration.
- Coordination and distribution of information for Before & After School Care and Holiday Program services.
- Liaise with school staff for technical, enrolment and attendance enquiries
What you need to succeed:
- At least 2 years experience in an administrative/reception role
- A passion for outstanding customer service
- A flair for providing positive and professional customer interactions via email and over the phone
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to demonstrate your effective administration and organisational skills
- MS Word and Excel skills
